When you walk into this spotless facility you can feel the intensity, support, and passion from everyone inside. It is very motivating to be surrounded by success stories and trainers equipped with the knowledge and determination for you to achieve your goals. I have been fortunate enough to train with the owner, Nick Hayward, who has been instrumental in my fitness journey. His intense passion for fitness and The Fit Effect has taught me to push myself to become more than I could have ever imagined.
